Everything people ask before booking
Prices, plans, legality, vehicles, timings and airport transfers. If something is not answered here, ask on WhatsApp and you will get a straight reply.

Booking and pricing
It depends on whether you are sharing a vehicle or taking it privately, and whether you pay daily, weekly or monthly. Send your pickup and drop point on WhatsApp and we will quote you the same day. Whatever we quote already includes fuel, Salik and parking.
Cash or bank transfer. Monthly plans are paid at the start of the cycle and weekly plans on the same day each week. You will get the amount in writing before anything starts.
Most passengers are riding within 24 to 48 hours of their first message. If the route already runs, it can be the next morning.
On a monthly plan, yes — the seat is held and not resold. On weekly, it is held for the week you have paid for. On the daily rate it depends on space in the vehicle that morning, which is why most regulars move to monthly.
Routes and timing
Yes. The morning run goes Dubai to Abu Dhabi and the evening run comes back, so the corridor is covered in both directions. Pickup points on the return sit near the main employment zones and the drop inside Dubai is agreed with each passenger.
Anywhere in the UAE, on request rather than on a fixed schedule. Tell us the destination, the date and the time and we will price the trip and confirm a vehicle. Hourly hire and full-day bookings work the same way.
Message the driver as early as you can. If the vehicle has already left we will try to agree a catch-up point further along the route. On monthly plans the occasional miss is not charged extra.
Vehicles and drivers
A sedan or a 7-seater, depending on the route and how many people are travelling that day. We run Hyundai Sonata, Toyota Camry, Honda Civic, Kia Carnival and Mitsubishi Xpander. We do not operate buses or coasters.
In a shared vehicle, a cabin bag is fine and anything larger should be mentioned when you book so we can put you in the right car. On private and airport bookings, tell us the number of bags and we will send a 7-seater if it needs one.
It is legal when the operator is licensed. Carlift is a registered transport business with insured vehicles and drivers holding UAE commercial permits. The fines you read about apply to individuals running private cars for money without a permit.
Airport and plans
Yes, at DXB, DWC, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. The driver follows the flight, so a delayed landing does not cost you the booking, and we can meet you at arrivals with a name board if you ask in advance.
Yes. Weekly plans exist for rotating shifts and short contracts, paid on the same day each week. You can move over to monthly at any point and most passengers do once their schedule settles.
