Yes. You agree the pickup and drop times once and the driver keeps them, which is the whole point of a pick and drop rather than booking a ride each morning. The same driver runs it, so after the first week he knows the gate, the building and the faces.

Yes, both directions, with a named driver on the run so it is the same person each day. Give us the school gate, the class timings and who is allowed to receive the children at the drop. We do not provide child seats, so if you need one you should send your own in the car.

Yes. Company staff transport can be invoiced monthly and settled by bank transfer, with the vehicles and timings listed on the invoice. Households usually pay cash or transfer at the start of each cycle. Either way the amount is agreed in writing before the run starts.

Message the driver or the office and we will move it, but give as much notice as you can so the driver's other runs can be shifted. A one-off change, like a half day at school, is usually fine on the morning itself. A permanent change to the timing we would rather know a day or two ahead.

Send the pickup points, the drop, the timings and how many people are travelling on WhatsApp, and you will have a figure back the same day. The price already includes fuel, Salik and parking, so nothing is added later. Payment is cash or bank transfer.
