Four hours is the standard short block, with eight hours and a full day above it. If your day is an odd shape, ask for custom hours on WhatsApp and we will price that block instead. Point-to-point trips are booked as a car lift rather than by the hour.

Yes. The vehicle and the driver are yours for the whole block, so he stays with you between stops instead of dropping you and leaving. Bags and shopping can stay in the car while you are out.

Yes, any emirate is inside the booking. Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, Fujairah and the rest are all reachable in a full day, though a long run will use most of the hours you have booked. Tell us roughly where you want to go when you book so the right length of block is priced.

No, they are inside the quoted price for the block. There is no per-kilometre charge added at the end either. Send the date, the hours and a rough idea of the route on WhatsApp and you will have the figure back the same day.

Usually yes, if the driver has no booking straight after yours. Tell him as early in the day as you can and he will check with the office. The extra hours are added at the same rate as the block you booked, and you settle it in cash or by transfer with the rest.

A sedan for up to four people, or a Kia Carnival or Mitsubishi Xpander when there are more of you or a lot of shopping. Say the headcount when you book and we will send what fits. We do not operate buses or coasters, so large groups go in more than one car.
