Nothing changes and nothing extra is charged. The occasional missed morning is part of the plan, so there is no need to explain a day off or a late meeting. Message the driver if you can, so the car is not waiting for you.

No. A held seat means it stays yours for the whole month, even on the days you do not use it. That is also why monthly passengers get priority when a run reaches capacity and someone new asks for the same route.

At the start of the cycle, before the month it covers. You get the amount in writing first, and you pay by cash or bank transfer. There is one payment instead of handing over money every morning.

No. The month runs from the day you start, so a cycle beginning on the ninth simply ends on the eighth. Tell us the date you want to begin and it is set from there.

Tell us before the next cycle is due and it does not renew. If you are going on leave, say so before the cycle starts so we can work the dates out with you rather than bill a month you cannot use.

That is the usual arrangement, along with the same pickup point. It means your timing and your stop are already known and you are not re-explaining them each morning. If the regular driver is off, we tell you in advance who is coming.
